I found a msh file for it but I need a odf for it

The ODF is the easy part.  Just take an ODF from some other weapon, use the new msh file, and see what it does.  Then change the ODF to get it to do what you want.

From the post, it seems you may also need a skin.  That would be a bit harder to deal with--someone else can give you advice about it.
