The Xbox version of SWBF2.

I've been on a SWBF2 nostalgia trip recently and watched some old YouTube videos from GamertagTowellie of the Xbox version of SWBF2 and he has has a few of online clan matches.

I was wondering if anyone here played the Xbox version online at all, knew anyone that did, or could help me find if any of the Xbox clans still exist.

I own xbox swbf2, but I'm afraid I must inform you xbox live for original xbox games has been shut down. You can still play over system link, but no xbox live.

I know, that's  not what I am asking. I want to know if any Xbox clans survived to the 360 and or the X1.

Ohh I see.  Well I doubt xbox clans exist anymore, it has been a while. You might be able to find one, but I doubt it.

Well I know a handful of PS2 clans that made the transition to the PS3 and now PS4 successfully.

Not sure exactly what you are looking for... But this clan use to play SWBF2, and is now a fairly large console clan. I don't know anything about them but they at least use to play the old Battlefronts.

Yeah, DSA is one of the PS2 clans I was talking about and the BFC is the PS2 community that I come from. I've been searching for old Xbox clan sites or ladder sites but I can't seem to find any.

Ok I wasn't sure on that point, thanks for clarifying. So far all of my searches have come up short, but I will let you know if I find anything...

 A good question, but if your asking if anybody plays the original game online through xbox 360, that would be a no, as the games cannot be played online through any system. But if your asking if any clans survived but went to another game, I don't know but I highly doubt it. Also, I do not think you can play original xbox games on 360 online.

One interesting thing I didn't know was that PS3 could play PS2 games online. And I heard from a friend that PS4 was going to have backwards compatibility, but I didn't know that sony would include PS2.

Okay... I'll try to be more clear. I'm talking about clans that started with SWBF2 but survived through the 360 and now X1 playing different ganes. I'm not suggesting that they play SWBF2 on the 360 or something.

If your looking for clans that moved from one generation of console to another, then I would begin looking at some of the bigger clans. HAVOC, for example, is a huge clan and may or may not have some of what you're looking for- I'm not sure.

Google is a great friend- Don't forget you can search in tags. "SWBF2" "Xbox" "360" "One" "Clan" "Gaming"

If you're not able to find anything good from what I gave you, then I can't really be of much more help on this matter. Sorry :/

I already tried that Ultimo, and all I found was one or two old PS2 clan's websites. Doesn't really look like there is much left out there.
