Changing exe to rar?

Heyyy,, as i'm trying to get as many maps as i can find and use, i see that there are loads of maps that are only in the exe file...like telos, KotOR galactic conquest and loads of others...i was wondering if it would be possible to change these files into rar or zip in which case they are useble for mac users...
