Help with exporting a msh

I apologize if this is the wrong forum, I'm pretty new here.

I've installed XSI ZETools and other required programs, but when I try to export a msh through the ZE tools tab in XSI it come up with an error:

I clicked check cel before I export and is says: "Bad model type: texture support(Might cause problems, freeze to remove it)"

It gave me the same error so I tried just making a simple cube.
