I think its Ok to use Radar in public servers, cause its JUST A MOD, same like Xhairs, modded core, and those things.
If ure gonna tell me it gives u advantage, ill tell u : Doesnt a good crosshair do too ?

But if host dislikes players to use it, and he knows u have it, just dont use it when he is online.

I think Gimp is way easier to use, but thats for me.
When I started, I was recommended to use that one instead of paint.

As I know bcuz Led gave me the link for swbfgamers.com and pla servers, its not allowed, but I know of some who use it there.
As I was in UEF I knew clan mates I had, and Habi has the radar and he has it by a ''legal'' way (I mean, he didnt mod).
