jdee-barc - concept/design
tirpider - editing
Pandemic - source materials

A kitbash of the following:
SWBF1 imp_inf_darktrooper.msh (Pandemic)
SWBF1 imp_inf_stormtrooper.msh (Pandemic)
and the various tga's, .options, and lowres models that they came with.

Changes:
- Used the "OverrideTexture compatible Stormtrooper" as a base.
- Added Jetpack
- Renamed jetpack chunk to make it OverrideTexture compatible.
- Added Jetpack shadow to shadowvolume
- Shifted pack closer to back of trooper. (If you really look, you can see the offset on the effect.)

Possible future edits:
- Different Jet/Backpack?

To make use of the override texture, the following line needs to be in the unit's odf
(replace texturename with the name of your texture)
OverrideTexture  = "texturename"  // body
OverrideTexture2 = "texturename"  // Jetpack

It uses the stock tga's by default.
Imp_inf_trooper.tga
imp_inf_darktrooper_pack.tga

Nice! The only variation stay unmaded: imperial stormtrooper with ep3 clone jetpack...
Beauty is, the way to perfection.

Glory to Ukraine!  :mf:

Did you have to hex this on? I always thought it was simpler than that :P
Anyways, Very nice job! They look awesome :D

heh, just a little hex.
(About 21,144 bytes worth of hex-edits)

No you gotta sell it as being super hard tirpider. Try saying it was 169,152 bits worth of hex editing. :P

hehe.
Well that was just the Jetpack part.
Then there is the other 2892 bytes from the OverrideTexture compatiblity edit.
But those numbers only represent final overall differences of stuff moving in or out of the msh.
Some has to be pulled through a leading edge encabulator to get rid of the side fumbling.
(video - Rockwell makes the best.)
I have no way to measure the number of small edits here and there that glue it all together.

Marvelous

It's CodaRez's. I'm gonna replace it with my own creation.

Ah, cool.
It should work with any normal stormtrooper skin and the jetpack part of any darktrooper skin.
