Using the MPCgamers.com server is perfectly fine just so long as you have all of your members join up here on the forum, we can make your clan a room so they can join and chat without being bothered by other members if needed even.

Using Skype is also an option for this, one player would have to host the call and call each player one by one, this would make him when he joined a SWBF server have a ping a good bit less then normal give or take it will add about 10 ping for each person he is chatting with, depending on where everyone is located.

Those are the two best options for what you want. you can buy your own server and host it just the same as MPCgamers.com's server, but for more info on that you can ask at a later time if you so choose.

Secondary options are using the ingame voice chat from GameRanger however this only works for Gold or Silver registered users.

Yes, the teamspeak server can be free everynight. Thanks to led of PLA thier teamspeak server is already available.
