Help with my first mod

I'm making a side mod to visually improve all the units but I've run into a problem. After munging I'm getting errors primarily related to .reqs that I don't understand and cannot find anywhere else. Attached is the munge log. I'm looking for an experienced side modder to tell me what to do. I should note that the way I handled the .odf files was to take stock assets and simply change the names in them to those of the new .msh models where appropriate without renaming files themselves. This was to save myself time in not having to make a ton of new .reqs, which are taken directly from stock assets and not changed at all.

Those look like errors one would get if they are missing .req files. Are you following any tutorials?
