Its been a project for 13 years, no one honestly knows what the end product will play like, check that video Red linked to get your best bet. and to see Duke nukem footage search youtube. that will give you the best idea of what it was.

PC or xbox release?

It's going to be both a console and a PC release.

Duke Nukem Forever has been through so many reincarnations of leaked footage and E3 demos that it has become a complete joke after a while. 3D Realms had delayed it so many times that they burned all of their cash, laid off all the staff, closed down the entire studio, and canned the project.

Let's hope that DNF will be as politically incorrect as the original sprite-based FPS game.
