Sereja Profile Picture Hunt

Has anyone ever actually found Sereja's hidden profile picture on any of his maps?
(According to his map readme's his picture is hidden as an easter egg)
I have played them so many times but I've never come across it...

You probably need to glitch in the floors & walls to find it.

I've found it on at least two maps.  I know his Hoth and Otoh Gunga I found it, but I think there's another I found it on.
