It's a kitbash of the BF3 Clonetrooper and Pilot, converted by [GT]Anakin, and the Rebel backpack

Included in the download is the msh, the stock BF3 textures and the backpack texture, as well as the BF3 skeleton and an example ODF

I retextured the rebel backpack, but if you want it to look more like the trooper in the image you provided, you can create your own skin just fine.
