Insta-Crashing Server on Join?

I host a server on GameRanger, and once in a while I get a player who, when trying to join the game, instantly crashes the server for everyone and they are all sent to the lobby. They would mention it was a fresh install, but any time they try to join a server it crashes for everyone.

As you can imagine, this might possibly be abused. Does anyone know a fix for it? Or even know what I'm talking about?

Any help would be appreciated.

I know of one thing which boots everyone from the server and sends them to the server browser, is this what u mean ? (Otherwise i do not know what that looks like -- maybe a vid would help)

There is a fix, the server crash is being caused by players using a crash code in the SWBF2 1.3 patch code console. The code basically boots everyone from the lobby and crashes the server.

This is the Gamespy version and should work on GameRanger (I don't know if the GameShare version works on GameRanger), just replace the battlefrontII.exe you downloaded with the one in your server files and no one will be able to crash your server again.
