Need Help with php settings

Hi, umm, working on my website i wanted to add php page for the contact page (http://ojo-de-luna.tk/about.html)
However even i've tried it many times, the email isnt receiving anything...
However in the website for the swbf protector, the php site is working fine (www.ojo-de-luna.tk/swbfprotector/magic.php)
The password is test. U're not gonna see the ip or cd key hash of anyone , its a server which is set for this test and nobody's gonna join

Well, any idea ?
