Windows boot animations

on Android you can change what boot animations are shown when, well, booting up. I was wondering if this is possible for windows 7 also. For example, instead of VZW, HTC, and Android boot animation i have a single Jack_bauer_killing_spree.gif

No, nobody has any ideas. If nobody has responded by now it's pretty certain that nobody here knows.
