ok so i am messing around youtube an i found this amazing applications. CROSSOVER!!!!!!!!!!!!

so anyway it turns out you can install nearly any app on a mac, even if it is designed only for Win. I think i vaugely remember this being mentioned before...

So i just got steam on MAC  and i am playing Unreal Tournament.

OLD news. Crossover's been discussed on the forums many times. One day the Crossover devs decided to give out free copies for one whole day. I made 20 email accounts and redeemed 20 keys

Too bad they all expired before I could activate many of them. Steam does work with Crossover but it's really buggy and many games have graphical problems, poor performance, and often crashes mid-games. Unreal Tournament is an old enough game. Try running Unreal Tournament 3 next time

Also to eliminate the count down is to tamper with the software protection, much is illegal
Buy the software, or wait for a native version of Steam that's actually on-par with the performance of Windows.

I was thinking about getting the one specificly for games but then i saw it said only intel macs >.<
And yea on the site there is a list of supported games and how well each one runs.

You have to be part of a special usergroup to have it.

In the future, if you have questions about illegal things, just don't ask. Rather, ask someone else on another medium, because it's rather annoying to have to tell you in every single thread that this is illegal and you can't get the information you want here.

ok sure ill be sure to take this thread thingy down. I wasnt completely positive if it was illegal, ik it sounds stupid but sometimes the law doesnt catch all the copyright stuff there is nowadays. if u know how to do this plz contact me on GR or xfire.
