Heroes deflecting blasters

Just a simple request/question here. I remember how back in the days when i used to play Battlefront on PS2 all day. Jedis where able to deflect every single blaster shot at them from any direction and i just loved that lol. But now playing it back on PC. I've found out this has been completely removed. They just stand still and take every shot as if they were scarecrows or mannequins.

Soo is there any way to enable this little feature back?

Only through modding, or using old pre-1.1 side files. If you're modding, add this in to the saber ODF

If this is on, and a Jedi can deflect blasters, can they still die?

If they are near an explosion, or get landed on or run over by a vehicle, or get blown down a pit, then yes.

But they cannot get killed by anything directly fired at them.

on the old cd or dvd if you have version 1.0 greatest hit version is 1.1 i think
