I know it's not perfect with the lack of dedicated servers and all, but as someone who started playing SWBF2 after it started losing a little population it is insane to see a full list of servers with many people playing. definitely playing some swbf2 tomorrow (even if the actual multiplayer meta is less balanced than in SWBF1  )

I play SWBF2 and will probably be playing EASWBF2 unless it is severely critically panned on release

I'm glad they're at least considering it, in the original SWBF1/SWBF2 Droidekas were extremely weak so it may take a lot of tweaks to make them viable. They're really not a traditional FPS unit so they are kind of in the Bastion area of balance: either OP or terrible.

This game looks a lot more interesting than the first Battlefront reboot, but of course I have to chime in that it is dissapointing to see no droidekas in this game 

Otherwise, it looks like EA realizes they need to make some changes to things like Paid DLC to change community opinion about them. Maybe this game will be worthwhile 

Edit: I thought the siege mode shown for the tanks was a pretty interesting concept. Also the two stage objective makes it look like games will be varied between a more open area with ships/tanks in the first part, and then more close quarters fighting in the second.

I just bought Rocket League yesterday and it's fantastic. Me and nightfalcon played for awhile and it's the most fun I've had in a long time. I'd suggest everyone pick it up on steam, it's only 20 bucks 

where's the mass relay 

I love steam and I use it every day, so for me it is the easiest option.

Side note, I think it's interesting how Steam used to be the buggy piece of crap 6-7 years ago, and now it's put the Xfire client out of business.

I like how Sim City 2000 is offered instead of a certain Sim City game... 

My Origin ID is thetakedown77. Right now I just have Dead Space 3 on my account, so I probably won't use it until SWBF comes out 

I've played a lot of SWBF and been in a lot of clans, but I'd say my favorite SWBF memories are playing in JMMC/ PLA cloud city, and playing in led's weekly DC's. Also, playing in ACW was tons of fun, as we not only won every clan match, but we had the greatest clan forum to ever exist. And we even won matches with me running around as a droideka, protecting all of the squishy droid soldiers with my bubble shield   

What I'd like to know is whether there will be private servers that clans can host and recruit on, or if SWBF3 will just use a matchmaking system. I'd like to be able to join a server that plays heroes mode all the time, or has a set playlist of maps like in SWBF1.

Still pre-ordering. I think people are overreacting to the no space combat thing. SWBF1 certainly did fine without it...and if the space mode was going to be tacked on like SWBF2's sorta was, then maybe it's better to leave it as expansion content.

Also, if I get to slaughter ewoks from the cockpit of an AT-AT, that's worth $60 right there 

I've already played some of these games quite a lot (Empire at War, the KOTOR's), but I'm really looking forward to finally playing Republic Commando and the Jedi Knight games. My only wish is that KOTOR 3 was in this new bundle
