I was going to ask why my maps don't show up, but I accidentally figured it out. The OP should have used pictures and better explain how to do things. No offense, but their English isn't that good and it makes it more confusing than helpful.

I played this game in 2004 when I was a kid and it was my favorite game at the time, but I tried playing it in recent times and I realized that the AI is terrible.

On hardest difficulty the AI still acts like an imbecile, but now it has perfect accuracy and it kills you as if it's a hacker with aimbot.

Is there a mod that makes them move more, take more strategical positions but reduces their crazy accuracy?
