There is not much SWBF2 community left anyway, so I see this as a good move. Too bad they can't/won't/didn't put SWBF1 on steam...

As clever as the damn devil, to the extent where it is shocking... The have to make profit out of every damn person they can, we're now in the same situation than Half-Life WON edition and Steam edition... In that case, I'll let you guess who won the fight.

Interesting...they could have at least talked to us

Since most dudes are in a Larvae like state about steam and can't do anything without it, I guess it'll break a lot of the gaming community, and a part of the com itself, clever move from EA...

Led asked Incognito, in case we made a mistake
Quote from: Led on October 01, 2017, 06:01:07 AMUsually, no, but yesterday until 01:00 or something like that I logged in the forum with my gaming computer.
Is the computer you made this post with the same as the one you play with?
And also, I seem to face the same issue as sleepy alligator, it worked one day, then nothing, the weird part is that everything went nuts just after you left and rejoined the server, I might have been somehow blocked, I have already been told that my ISP works in a very special way, and I found myself being banned from forums I never registered to, so it might be a clue.

I had a good time, even with the lag.
The best part was when we went nuts with the rocket launchers.
Too bad I got stucked with the CIS and the Alliance tho.

Patch the original exe from ur game folder and let us know if it persists. It should not affect anything since it's a masterserver redirecting modification.

September 25, 2017, 09:53:14 PMQuote from: Led on September 25, 2017, 02:36:53 PMWe could ask him if we can unmunge.
He's talking about Ginev's mod maps for SWBF1, not stock SWBF1 maps. Ginev's maps have not been ported and it would be extremely unlikely that they would be, since even Ginev does not even have the assets any more.

Actually, all BF1's maps were ported to BFII by the total conversion mod
But... They don't feel the same anymore, they have the same size and everything, even the same textures, I dunno, it doesn't feel identical.
Welcome aboard anyway man !

Battlefront 1 has a much better graphic quality in my opinion.
