Just asking is it hard to skin guns?
Depends. Like anything it will be hard when you start out and since skinning is effectively drawing you need to have a good degree of artistic skill to be able to do it.
Re-skinning however can be considered easy as you are just editing someone else's skin. But that too depends on how drastic the edit is. And higher quality re-skins also take more time and are more difficult to do than simply changing the colour of something.
