You need to build a side that includes the files and include the side in your map.

Untill you are ready to build your own:
When you create your map in bfbuilder pro, select "Import Retail Side" from the side menu.
This will allow you to modify an already built side with your custom files.
Various aspects of side building are documented in the turorials section and all over the site.
