Ignore Khlyer, it's a great game. Better than CoD 4? No, but it's still a worthy buy.
Oh, a good one is the Orange Box. Sure it was released a long time ago but it's so awesome.

Yes the Orange Box is great plus you can get it for like 10 bucks!
I would also suggest:
Gears of War 2
Rock Band 2
Way more than just these though.
