I can't get my easy cap to install. i've running windows 7 ultimate 32 bit. i bought it from ebay (tinydeal.) The drivers don't want to install. i've also tried on the virtual xp mode they have for windows. still no luc. what do i do?!
For the record, the Diamond One Touch Video Capture is superior over the EasyCap, however it's very buggy.
After a quick google search, here are the drivers you have been looking for:

Confirmed working by me. :)
Doesn't work. I uninstalled easy cap. then i reinstalled using that. still nothing. then for the drivers, i went to manage, device manager, update driver. selected that folder. still nothing. anything else you recommendme doing?
EDIT: I also get a different name then what everyone on youtube has. i get SM-USB 007.

click on there to zoom in. but why is this? pirated? bleh.
Mind if you can send me a picture of your EasyCap? This is a bit odd...
Uninstall whatever drivers you've had.
Plug in device, go to device manager, go to the new device that it finds to be unknown, click on update drivers, then tell the comp to look for the drivers in the folder in which you've saved the Win7 drivers into.
Download virtualdub, go to file -> capture AVI
Device -> Syntek
Tell me if that works. It it's in black and white, you'll need to change the region within the program to NTSC, not PAL.

@Jedikiller = Linkbucks is where you get paid every time someone clicks on that link for a download.
bump
Looks like my driver all of sudden stopped working. Damn Windows 7...
Talk to me on steam (xfire's been annoying me lately) and we'll figure this out.
Alright cool thanks I'm getting on right now.
