I've seen models from BF2 in mods for Empire at War and Forces of Corruption, and I want to know how to extract models from this game. Is anyone able to point me to the tools or scripts that allow it?

You are in luck. Our very own Sleepkiller has recently released a tool to help. It can't give you everything, but it can give you some things:
