Print Page - Zero Editor isn't running

I installed the modtools on my new pc and I can't get the zero editor to work :(
The runtime error is fixed by compatibility settings but when I run it there appears a message:

"config.ini not found, unable to start", please can somebody help me, I´d love to work on my maps again.

Also the visualmunge tool gives me an runtime error. What is happening? :blink:
