GeometryAddon         = "cis_inf_countdooku_cape"
AnimationAddon         = "cis_inf_dooku_cape"
AddonAttachJoint      = "bone_ribcage"


Make sure all files related to cis_inf_countdooku_cape (or imp_inf_darthvader_cape) are in your side's msh folder.
