Yes, here's a good tutorial: http://www.gametoast.com/viewtopic.php?f=27&t=6040
Some models are also Over Ride Texture compatible like the Battle Droids and Clone Troopers (Phase 1).
Tirpider has released a lot of SWBF1 override compatible units (see downloads area) and there is also the possibility of using an in-game skin changer (search for details).

Well I'm trying to put two models and skins on one class like on pax empire mod

It should work with BF1 as well.
It doesn't work with OverrideTexture, every skin needs to have its own model.

Someone should try it for SWBF1. It would be interesting if it would work.
SetClassProperty LUA function does not exist in SWBF.
Well I tried it and my new unit crashes the map when I play it
Like I just said, "SetClassProperty" is not a valid LUA function in the first game, and I'm sure there's other commands in there that aren't compatible with SWBF.
One idea is to have duplicates of your unit(s) with all the different skins as "locals" and let the player choose his/her skin using a skin changer. (Scripts for that: http://www.swbfgamers.com/index.php?action=downloads;sa=view;down=414)
Can you guys please put onother link? Those 2 did not worked
