So, has anyone gotten zeroeditor.exe to run on windows 10 ?

Unfortunately not
However if anyone wants to give it a go, they could try making it to "Run as Administrator" since that did work for me for a little while.

I have Windows 10, and ZeroEditor runs perfectly (though every other time you try to start it it will come up with an abnormal runtime termination error). Aside from that, I no longer need 3DAnalyzer.

So how did you fix the runtime error?

I 'didn't' fix it, I just launched it again. It happens every other time I launch it, so after the abnormal termination, if I launch it again, it works fine.

Oh :/ Mine just comes up with a runtime error every single time.

I couldn't really say what's causing your problem.

Other than the every-other-start issue, it runs on my system.
