Before I click the spoiler...
[ol]
 • The Adventures of Unit
 • The Phantom of the Opera II: Battlefront
 • ET go home
 • Jurassic WAAAAAAAAA
[/ol]
How I felt:
Never watched Close Encounters *GASP*.  So actually I think I got close with "The Adventures of Unit".  Once I looked at the second picture again I realized that was the Ark.  I felt like an idiot and see it clearly now.  And the last two I got.
inb4 immature responses.

Be yourself.  Don't get desperate for love.  My first and only girlfriend is geeky like me and we get along great.  We've been together for over 3 years now and still have fun like it's the first month.  It just kind of... happened.

Before you ask, yes she does play Battlefront on occasion.  8)  She likes the KoTOR games better though, for the stories.

SWBF1 Modding / Re: SWBF1 Museum Master Thread (WIP)

At first, when you started telling these stories, I was thinking "Wow, your computer is so weird.  Star Wars Battlefront is weird.  Wow...."

Now, I'm convinced that SALLY really does have a mind of her own and does what she pleases.

Snake: Oh boy, this CP on top of this building can only be captured by skilled human players.  I can't even get there 95% of the time!
SALLY:  AI must capture CP on top of Building.  Creating route code.  Magical AI flight capability when player isn't looking is now activated.  *later*  Objective Successful.  Proceeding to terminate human coming to try to capture my CP.

--Snake gets hit by a meteor blast.  Snake proceeds to respawn but cannot because SALLY forbids it.

Perhaps my statement was a bit too blanket. There is some truth to it, but there is of course a lot more to the actual topic. It was more of a jab at you yanks.
Ah, stereotypical Brit/New Zealander/any colonist that lives in a country that was/is British.
Remember the Alamo!

Oops, wrong war.

I hope you mean legitimately free, Anyder. Otherwise Led will remove that link pretty fast. ;)
I second this.  I very highly doubt a site with "many new games for free" is legal.

Well, if it doesn't, there's always the option of using something like with what they are trying to develop with SWBF2 (like Openspy).

I still play Republic Commando. We have a solid amount of people doing mix scrims everyday, and we will continue to play it as the direct connect IP will still work after the shut down. (which is what we use for scrims) As for Swbf2 since there is no direct connect, it will finally die. But I'm quite happy it is going to die and I will not be playing on the  :censored: tungle stuff, though there is a group of people who are in the making of a new master server for SWBF2. How that will work I have no idea, they are looking for someone to help with it who knows a lot about C++ so if anyone is interested you can add them on Xfire to talk about it.

EyesOnly Xfire: masterqueue

Draigun Xfire: draigun

Direct Connect may not work:  In SWBF1, the Direct Connect was patched through to Gamespy, even though it only asked for IP address to connect.  They probably did the same thing on most of their games, so it will not work most likely.
As far as the new master server is concerned, good luck with it.  It's going to take a lot of time and patience and trial and error and lots of knowledge.  Tunngle is a little buggy, but always a viable option.

As a modder, "Battlefront.exe has stopped working" is the bane of my existence.
I second this.

Eh, it's ok.  I was having some difficulties getting some maps to work... Should have just done Hyperion 1 and 2 and Eddie's levels and Jai Nollan.  Those were about the only levels not giving me difficulty.

Such an odd-looking (by odd-looking, the goal of the game, not graphics.  I love the graphics) game... I enjoyed the video though.

Hmm, The Giver is another anti-utopian book that I need to read...

You should look up the book Brave New World.  Another anti-utopian book that uses artificial genetic placement to structuralize society.  If you didn't understand that:
They make the children in test tubes and give them a place in society, where they are perfectly happy because they have been trained to believe that they are in the perfect place for them.  Except for the ones who get alcohol in their blood surrogate

2:00 EST, 7:00 GMT.  But I will have the server up shortly to use.  I have to make sure all the levels work right.

Servers up.  Come and join us!

edit:  I have to leave but the server is still up for anyone who wishes to play.

Yes they are!

For this Mod Map night, Sereja's maps are a "no-go".  I spent so much time messing with Nar Shaddaa, only to have it crash in the Dedicated Server software.  I will try to make these maps work for multiplayer for whenever the next mod map night is.

I will have the Map Pack up soon.
