Need help with implementing blaster sound

I am trying to follow the tutorials from this tutorial https://gametoast.com/viewtopic.php?f=27&t=34435, and I cannot seem to get this to work. I have made all the folders as they should be. Is there something anyone can see that I am doing wrong here?
