Coustom vehicles will not spawn !!!!!!

Story: i added "dc:SIDE//cis.lvl" and "dc:SIDE//rep.lvl but when i munged it the sides didnt munge into my coustom map i tried everything  thing but is crashes my BF1 does someone know how to fix this ???
