Soap, you should probably look at the man's Xfire before asking those questions. I bet you nobody will sign up here with source experience for quite some time.

I am not a TF2 fan for a couple of reasons:

A. I suck at it.
B. It is hard for me to suck less at it, because everyone is good at it.
C. I do not enjoy sucking at anything.
D. There is a very active and established userbase that we would not be able to get into very easily.
E. It just does not appeal to me. Whether it is the art or or the general design, I just don't really like it. Perhaps I am broken.

Is there a crypt32.dll on your system? It will be in C:/Windows/System32. Or SysWOW64 if you have Windows 7.

Oh, that's just a problem with the delivery network. Steam uses like 20 gigs of bandwidth at any given second. This is on an off day.

On a normal day, they usually use about 30 gigs per second. On a loaded day, it's probably more like 50 gigs per second. Limelight Networks (the company who does the downloads for Steam) is good, but even they have a problem dealing with that much transfer without some slowdowns.

They do have dedicated servers, but they are only through one provider... the worst one in the industry, in my opinion!

It's not on Steam. As far as I know, all of the Best of PC packs have SWBF1.

As an Australian, your choices are very limited. Your country does not appear to sell the Best of PC version, and due to region formatting I'm not entirely sure if one of us could buy it and send it to you. Plus the postage would be astronomical.
