I have sometimes similar problem with TCW models so I recommend to move body parts in same pose and size like example model then it should work

Would be perfect for this map to see RC styled units

Try remove envelope of model and do it again it could take time but it will fix model

AddUnitClass is better or in setupteams script you can add your own class

You can reskin jedi face for clone and give him gun here you can do what you have in mind many options

Maybe you can add droid starfighter as model only put odf msh files to map I really often use this method
