the only shirtless guy I have seen is the Zabrak Cybermaul in the Alien Model Assets Pack.
Not quite humanoid with the robot legs and such.

I think this is the model you are referring to. It has been reskinned as a Hellspawn Zombie for inclusion in
NOTLD v1.1 Expansion Patch which will be released soon.
The model is by Mandarek, reskin by Phobos, low msh and backpack removed by Tirpider. Assets are attached to post.
Dang that would have been useful a few years ago. :P
