I think Dann Boeing made them, as he made the Psychedelica modmap for SWBFII. Then again, I might download it and check the readme to really see.

Although I agree, this would be an awesome vehicle in SWBF1.

Lol, I was actually doing one in the background.
I'm taking the modelling in Sketchup a little slower, as of it produces bizarre UV texture coordinates(which take time to sort out).
I hope to actually get the real work done after I go to camp next week.

I don't want this to seem like I am taking the request though, I wouldn't mind to see variations of limos running around, as of my modelling isn't the best. (looking at you, Sereja )
