It's a default award you always get when playing SWBFII. Energy Regen basically means your energy bar regenerates after time.

No that does it whether you have the award or not. That is from me achieving the "Endurance" award a lot and now I get the bonus "Energy Regen" every time I spawn. It's one of the "features" of SWBFII. I don't like it since it overpowers the player after he/she earns Energy Regen, Damage Reduction and Damage Increase. Along with award weapons.

Theres also a naboo lamp post under where you are standing in the picture as well.
I found it when I modded Theed to be a night, and gave the lamp posts a light.

The wall illuminated a nice blue color, and I was like "Okay, seriously? Just hit delete Pandemic, it's not that hard.."

Right, but for more dormant threads that gets sudden climate changes in activity, editing may not be the best option. And may get missed.

Actually, the bones were totally unrecognized. So, I have to use hit and miss by adjusting the coordinates billions of times. But I'm getting it closer to the wings.
