Well me and Fate never agreed that we could use twlight cc... im pretty sure thats cc twlight in the screen shot of the score

You have to explicitly state that you are against Twilight skins BEFORE the duel commences from my understanding. That is much more efficient than expecting everyone to ask your permission to use a skin they want to use. I'm pretty sure if you have something against twilight skins he will be willing to rematch you without it. But honestly I doubt it will make any difference whatsoever in the outcome.
 
and seeing how ppl like you treat these skins, makes me glad i stopped releasing the newer twilights
