I have 2 quistions Is Regent able to battle right now? and For the Teams am i with TcF and what does that do to anything?

The teams are a separate tournament that hasn't really got going due to a lack of teams. The matches can take place at any time although TCF does need to confirm 4-6 members first. The rules are very similar to the individuals.
