All Maps and Modes Selected?

I had this problem before but I can't remember how to fix it and Google search is dominated by the new game.

The only mods I have installed are Marvel4's BF1 Conversion Pack. All of the maps and modes show up as pre-selected in the Instant Action screen and I have to manually de-select what I don't want. Any ideas?

Hello, do you have the unofficial patch 1.3 installed? with the patch installed it would no longer be all marked.
