That started happening with me aswell when i installed Snow Leopard, something changed in the way the graphics are handled the OpenGL was likely always flawed and until now it didn't show because the OS just didn't have a need for it or something, in anycase, their is no fix i have found.

if your not running Snow Leopard, it may also be the graphics card itself.

I'm running an Imac.

ATI Radeon HD 2600 Pro

To find out what your own Mac is running, click on the apple>about this mac>more info>graphics/displays and its the top line.

That is a Snow Leopard related issue. It's not relating to your graphics card. Anyhow, it isn't that big of a deal. My only problem with Snow Leopard is that the scope is blacked out (http://www.mpcgamers.com/smf/index.php?topic=1107.msg13699#msg13699).
