My friends and I were looking to play again after so many years, one person seemed able to join a game, but the next person gets the 'CD Key not valid' error when trying to join. We just downloaded the game off of steam and replaced the files with the gamespy 'patch'. Any help would be appreciated!

If this was for BF2, I had some issues with it as well. I think I had the CD-Key issue once, but someone on here helped me sort it out. I think I was given a new CD-Key to help solve the issue, but I'm not sure since it was such a long time ago.
