I'd guarantee this has to do with the class label applied to the droids. I haven't looked at them personally, but switching around some class labels in BF2 can get the AI to repair things they typically wouldn't. I suspect BF1 would be no different.

SWBF1 Modding / Re: Playable native units

There's no reason why this couldn't be done. Easiest way to accomplish this is through Led's tutorial on editing stock maps. I'll have to link it later because I'm using my phone right now. I too am a Tusken Raiders lover and have wanted to have playable Tuskens on Dune Sea since I got the game in 04.  I seriously hope you could do this! There's plenty of resources around the site to help you accomplish this; take a browse!

If you want to compile and munge an assortment of mods together, I suspect you'd need all of the assorted Data folders from each mod. In all likelihood, these are not publicly available and you would have to ask the makers of each mod.

Sleepkiller has made a decompiler, albeit for BF1. He made it in his spare time so maybe he would want to help you with this. Barring this, you will likely need all of those Data folders.

You'll need ZeroEditor for that. Here's a link to the official modding tools for SWBF1:

Look, I'll be honest: I'm not sure if this is even the most updated version (I think the downloads section to find them is a little messy IMO,) so if anyone has the most recent one, please share it

Other Games / Re: The return of Empire At War (plus mods)

I wouldn't give Disney so much credit. Petroglyph are the ones who monitored the community over the years and decided to update the game. Disney just gave them the green light.

Never the less, I am super happy to see the revitalization of EaW. Hopefully more mods will come onto the scene, and we can finally get the next version of RaW

What its the difference between the bfbuilder pro and the original one?

The Pro is a community modified one (Don't remember who made it.) It has a few new buttons mostly for editing stuff like sound req files and other more in-depth stuff. I don't use them personally but I prefer the Pro's interface to the original's.

Ha. Nobody leaves SWBFGamers. They just go on long breaks, but they always return to our happy family.

Always.

SWBF1 Modding / BF Builder Pro Script Error
August 25, 2017, 08:44:57 AM
Hey guys, I've encountered a technical issue related to BF Builder Pro. Whenever I try to open up my Tatooine: Gulch map, I get the following error: (see attached image)

I find this odd because it was working just fine yesterday, and it doesn't do this with any of my other maps. If I go into regular Battlefront Builder I don't get the error.

Can someone explain what the error is, and how to fix it? It won't let me edit Gulch at all in BF Builder Pro.

Requests / Venator with Two Hangars
July 21, 2017, 10:59:38 AM
Heya, just a small request today: Does anyone have, or would be willing to make, a Venator for swbf2 that has two hangars instead of just the 1? I might start working on a new Space map project soon, and would like to have this kind of ship model.
