Bamdur's Custom Core.lvl For 64 bit pc's (works on 32 bit also)

Since 64 bit Pcs at most can munge all teh files u need to run map. but there is an issue with teh core.lvl munging. That is why i have made a custom core.lvl tool for any mod map. with this tool u can change team chat, rebel names, kill message, cp names, unit names and pretty much whatever u can. REad README FOR INSTRUCTIONS. ENJOY

After Testing Tool Have found Spawn and menu options are not localized. i will be adding those keys myself in version 1.4
