I remember you from the forums, but I think I only fought you once on Mygeeto. If my memory is still working I didn't get within a quarter of the map distance from you.

Sorry, I didn't show up. We got hooked on a Lost. Maybe next time. Looks like you guys had a good turn out, though. 

Hm, Saturday will probably be a hard day for me to remember. Cause MF's home, which means I'll not be getting on MPC to talk to him via PMs. Not to mention I'll be having something basically right up until the tourney starts, so I suspect I'll be thinking about that rather than tourneys. Well, one can always hope. 

PST and EST's are?

I really hope I remember this, but I'm usually prone to forgetting tourneys and duels and dates for things like that. Maybe if I stick a big honking sign or something on my forehead I might remember.

That might work for me, sorta depends what time of day. If it's afternoon or evening PST it should be good (If I remember this time  )

I really think the fewer custom maps the better. It's quite a hassle for some of us to find and DL the maps, especially if joining is just a spur of the moment decision. I'd recommend using customs only when necessary. Frequently used maps are maz1, dea1, mus1 and similar. I'd recommend sticking with the frequently used ones, rather than more obscure ones like Boonta Eve.

Welcome to MPC!  Good to see more members, and if you do play SWBF on GR, then until we meet in battle. 

Well, if it's high-tech enough, I might take a look. Online only though generally ruins a game in my opinion. I hate having to wait on other people to play a game (SWBF MP doesn't count 'cause I've got SP)

I'd have to say it's a toss up between Empire and Droids. The Droids have got a decent missile troop, and they have the uber blobby, and the uber SB droid. The Empire on the other hand, also have the blobby, (my favorite weapon), and they also have a decent missile troop, but they also have the Dark trooper with the spray gun. So, final vote would be the Empire, even through I've gotta love those Droids. Clones are really good too, cause they've got too missiles, and the zappy, and the jet trooper, and then the Rebs have the pilot, which has got to be my favorite Rebel unit, health + spray gun is awesome! But their missile trooper has a lot of trouble doing mine throws, so they usually make the bottom of my list.

Bummer, sorry guys, I thought it was the 31st.  Poor MF and I didn't get to play. Waaaa

Occasionally, we will have a Platform War, where it is a DC host, which is a capable of cross-platform games. There is actually a Platform War coming up, on the 31st. If you're interested in that, you should check out the topic in SWBF1 Tournaments (it's a sub section). I believe it's stickied so it should be up near the top. If I recall it's labeled PW 3. Just a note there are custom maps, involved.
