Problems with Battlefront.exe

I've insalled everything to play Battlefront 1 online (I used the GameMaster installer) but if i click on Battlefront.exe, a message appears:

"The program couldn't be started because binkw32.dll isn't on your computer. Re-install the program to clear the problem."(English)

"Das Programm kann nicht gestartet werden, da binkw32 auf dem Computer fehlt. Installieren Sie das Programm erneut, um das Problem zu beheben."(German)

I also re-installed Battlefront and everything else and restarted my computer but it still doesn't work.
Quick help please.

You have to move the file into LucasArts\Star Wars Battlefront\GameData

binkw32.dll (make sure the name is correct and it's in the same direction where battlefront.exe is located) (What OS do you use)?

I made a mistake writing my post. I have Windows 8.1.

I tried that method with the hosts file but it said that I don't have the permissions to edit it.

I did, but i had to download a copy through a torrent. My CD wasn't working when i tried to install it, so i did what i did. I used the CD Key that came with the CD itself.

I had the same issue, so i had to torrent the game, it was the only way i could get it working.

If you are administrator on your system, you should be able to edit this file.
