I've insalled everything to play Battlefront 1 online (I used the GameMaster installer) but if i click on Battlefront.exe, a message appears:
"The program couldn't be started because binkw32.dll isn't on your computer. Re-install the program to clear the problem."(English)
"Das Programm kann nicht gestartet werden, da binkw32 auf dem Computer fehlt. Installieren Sie das Programm erneut, um das Problem zu beheben."(German)
I also re-installed Battlefront and everything else and restarted my computer but it still doesn't work.
Quick help please.

You have to move the file into LucasArts\Star Wars Battlefront\GameData
I installed my Battlefront again and the installer doesn't even work anymore.
I already had that binkw32.dll file but it just said that it wasn't there.
I don't know what to do anymore.

32.dll (make sure the name is correct and it's in the same direction where battlefront.exe is located) (What OS do you use)?
The auto-installer for GameMaster.
I made a mistake writing my post. I have Windows 8.1.
I tried that method with the hosts file but it said that I don't have the permissions to edit it.

I had the same issue, so i had to torrent the game, it was the only way i could get it working.

If you are administrator on your system, you should be able to edit this file.
