For server hosts or clients?

Clients: yes, many

Server: a few but I wouldn't call them hacks nor cheats

Of course, if you like to cheat, you can play all alone and be banned from popular servers.

He hasn't said that he want or will use cheats or hacks.
In my opinion it's ok to ask and not a crime :cheers:
