I wanted to see if some one could help me by reskinning the empire pilot to include a black skirt (kind of like the arc trooper but black).

just a correection:
Giving the Pilot a skirt requires hex-editing the arctrooper skirt from that model to the pilot model, not reskinning. There are some good modelers who could probably do that (like Bamdur, Icemember, AQT, DarthD.U.C.K.)

The BF1-BF2 apprearance you can find on filefront reskins the Imperial pilot.

Glad you mentioned that. In hex edit there must be point where one can just copy and paste a section over to the emp pilot. Is it that simple? It the hard part finding the parts to transfer over?

Yes, some of those are very nice, but not quite what I was looking for.
