Thought I might get an interesting discussion going on! What is the HARDEST game(s) you've EVER played. Does matter how old it is or what genre it is. If the game was hard to beat, feel free to tell us!
After giving it much thought, the hardest game I've ever played is Ninja Gaiden for the NES. That game was just punishing.
Probably that game on addicting games.com lol. For a console game probably half life 2
I'll agree that Half Life 2 was fustrating near the end. Haha that was a crazy increase in difficulty.
I'd say COD1 since at one part there's a glitch where its impossible to continue the campaign. lol! I wonder how long I spent going around trying to figure it out... :slap:
Either Battletoads or Contra.
King of Dragons, Secret of the Stars, Chip n' Dale, Metroid, Jackel, Zelda 2, Mr. Game and Watch, Mario 1 and 2, Super Mario Bros 3, Marioland 1, Metroid Prime, Tyrian, Major Stryker, Hocus Pocus, Bionic, Frogger :cheer:
Lego star wars 1!!!!! :o
Probably the Game.
Goddammit I lost...

Probably the Game.
There's a game called the game?

The game is old. Only people new to the internet/newfa's (first search suggestion in google) play it.
so many people at school yell out "I LOST THE GAME" every five seconds. I laugh because I know they're just nubs
Anything on the NES. Games were haaaaard back then.
Yeah most NES games were incredibly hard, I guess difficulty was decreased over the years to appeal to more gamers. There's been a recent increase in casual games that invovle you finding Waldo and kiddie games that involves you to boogie with the Jonas Brothers...
i dont count those as lugit *games*. they seem to be more like corporate strategies to get small children to play gaming consoles/buy gaming consoles.
I would have to say America's Army 3. The training is really buggy so you have to trick the computer to let you pass (I just got the M4 after playing for 5 months) and multiplayer has one of the steepest learning curves of any game I've ever played.
Assassins Creed 2. Fun and cool game, just REALLY freaking long!!!!!
lol try hardcore's cod4 challenges. now that's rough!
Hardcore's a newb. :P
'Shadow of the Colossus' was an epic game, and probably one of the most challenging I have ever played, actually finding your foe was a challenge in itself.
Also 'Super Mario Bros: The Lost Levels;, but that doesn't count, because it's unbeatable, YOU JUST CAN'T WIN !!! :o
portal advanced levels.
uh those were pretty easy, I beat em in a couple hours and even figured out a way to skip a whole level by flinging to the end.
lol, well u are a genius then. I just got TF2 working, amazing game but a little on the hard end when going up against machine guns :P
Yeah the Portal advanced levels are not exactly hard, you just have to complete them in a different way, and being that you did it one way the first time, your mind doesn't want to play it out a different way the second time, just try them out new.
Assasins Creed....was my first game i ever played on an Xbox (at a friends)
i had no idea how the controls were and what i had to do, cause i also never played the game itself.
However after i played for like 3 days (just some hours every day) i went to know how i could use it....still the game itself is allready hard so
I've played contra recently. It goes on the list of the hardest game ever made, however I've been having more problems beating Ninja Gaiden 2. GAH
Half life 2 episode 1 Final Boss :(
For me it would be Halo 3's multiplayer(I'm just so horrible at it but I'm okay at the single player) #2 would be BFBC's multiplayer( not that hard if I use da M60 but its hard compared to mw2 its just so noob friendly)
unlike mw2 XD
