We're going to need a DC host, so when they're available is rather crucial to setting a time and date.

ok so 6:30. EST is the best. I have cross country practice till 12:00 a.m. So 6:30 p.m. EST? Now im not sure how tournaments go on for here. Do we have multiple maps that we play? Whats the limit of people that can come?

The highest ranking IAS present will pick which IAS can come out of the present IAS. It's way too hard to have a set group of people before the match.
